Are Radha Rani rudraksha products genuine?
Yes. Every rudraksha bead sold by Radha Rani Global is a genuine Nepali rudraksha, sourced from trusted suppliers and verified for mukhi (face) count before stringing. We do not sell synthetic or lookalike beads.
What is a mukhi in rudraksha?
Mukhi refers to the natural faces / lines running lengthwise on the rudraksha bead. A 5 mukhi has 5 faces, a 12 mukhi has 12 faces. Each mukhi has a traditional planetary association and spiritual benefit. Product pages specify the mukhi count.
How do I clean and care for rudraksha?
Remove before bathing and swimming. Wipe with a dry cloth after wear. Once every 1–2 months, apply a drop of mustard oil or pure ghee to keep the bead hydrated. Avoid perfumes and chlorine directly on the bead.
Can women wear rudraksha?
Yes. Rudraksha can be worn by men, women and children of any age. Traditional belief is that it is beneficial for all spiritual seekers without restriction.
Do you energise rudraksha before dispatch?
On request, we offer a simple traditional cleansing and energising (abhimantran) before dispatch. Mention this in the order notes.
Can I return a rudraksha bracelet?
Due to personal-use hygiene, rudraksha items are non-returnable once opened. However, we replace any damaged or defective item. See our returns policy for details.
